Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy has sold 360,000 copies, physical and digital combined

Following the news of both Atelier Ryza games recently reaching a combined 1 million sales, it seems the sequel is still going strong according to a report by publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Gust.

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy’s total worldwide physical and digital sales have now surpassed 360,000 units, more than doubling its Japanese launch week numbers (150,000 copies sold).

This could be a good sign for fans of the series hoping for another sequel, as Producer Junzo Hosoi has previously told Siliconera that he is interested in making a third game depending on the support of fans. Designer Toridamono also dropped a hint of an Atelier Ryza 3 in a recent livestream.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout and Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy are available now on Nintendo Switch, with both games recently receiving free, special new DLC costumes.
