Along with giving Castlevania and Zombies Ate My Neighbors pleasure overloads yesterday, Limited Run Games also announced that they will be doing a physical version of BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and the Nintendo Switch. This coincides with the announcement of the game by publisher Ziggurat Interactive and developer WayForward, which is a remake of the 2011 game.
Fresh Bites will include high resolution visuals, rebalanced difficulty, and all-new voice acting performed by the original BloodRayne cast, including Laura Bailey and Troy Baker.
The story for BloodRayne Betrayal has the Brimstone Society enlisting Rayne for one last mission to lead a group of soldiers into a giant underground castle to do battle against her own father, Kagan. Naturally, the soldiers prove ineffective, so it’s up to Rayne to carry out the mission herself.
No release date has been given for Fresh Bites, which will be coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and GOG.
