We have it on good authority that this shipment of PS5 consoles that is currently coming into Australia (which is set to be the largest so far for JB Hi-FI at least) should be enough to fulfil all of the remaining PS5 pre-orders that EB Games has Australia-wide.
It’s hard to believe, but there are still a small amount of people that pre-ordered the console in September as apart of EB Games’ Wave 3 2021 allocation that are still waiting, and these will be finalised in stores starting this week.
It’s likely that just like the retailer did with Xbox Series X units a couple of weeks ago, it will then open up pre-orders again for upcoming shipments which should be available to pre-order both in-store and online (until they no doubt sell out quickly again).
Amazon will likely go live at some point throughout this week. You can find the links for both consoles below and you’d be wise to keep an eye on them.
It’s also worth mentioning that if you’re in the market for a headset, the Pulse 3D Wireless headset is currently $145 on Amazon (the cheapest it’s ever been). You can grab it HERE.
It looks as though the PS5 stock drop in Australia is back to fortnightly, with numbers still being quite small, but slightly larger in size. As always, you can follow us on Twitter and turn on notifications to keep up with the latest stock and best deals.
We’ll keep you posted on other drops as we see them. Hopefully things will start calming down now as stocks return to more frequent drops but with games such as Returnal out this week, no doubt people will want consoles.
